The Escola Nacional de Seguros has partnership and cooperation agreements with Brazilian and international institutions to facilitate the exchange of information and technical knowledge may be stimulated.

 International Agreements

AICPCU / IIA – American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters / Insurance Institute of America (USA)
The Escola Nacional de Seguros has a ten-year partnership with AICPCU/IIA. The activities developed includes the translation of text materials and examinations. There are four introductory courses published in Portuguese and the translation of the Program ARe (Associate in Reinsurance) is on course. Over 200 students have attended AICPCU/IIA exams in School.

LOMA - Life Office Management Association (USA)
The Escola Nacional de Seguros works with LOMA in adapting LOMA´s FLMI educational program to the Brazilian insurance environment: the PFLP – Programa de Formação LOMA em Português. Most of LOMA books and exams are being translated into Portuguese. Six PFLP books are planned to be available in Portuguese by the end of 2006 and over 20 students have enrolled in the courses and examinations since 2003.

CII – Chartered Insurance Institute (England)
The Escola Nacional de Seguros represents the CII in Brazil as an examination center and seminar co-sponsor, thereby spreading its educational technology. Since 2001, more than 20 students have attended CII examinations in School, since this partnership was set in 2001.

ENASS – Ecolé Nationale D´Assurance  (France)
The Escola Nacional de Seguros and ENASS has a recent agreement made in 2006 in order to provide expertise to Brazilian insurance professionals and to develop conjoined activities with this Institution such as the translation of study materials and exams, exchange of publications, seminars and so forth.

Fundación Mapfre (Spain)
The cooperation agreement with Fundación Mapfre comprises activities like the translation of books and the development of conjoined seminars.

IIF – International Insurance Foundation (USA)
The partnership between IIF and Escola Nacional de Seguros develops seminars in United States tailored for Brazilian insurance professionals, usually once-a-year, providing a contact with the American market best practices. Over one hundred Brazilian insurance professionals have attended IIF´s Executive Seminar since 1996.

IGIE – Institute for Global Insurance Education (USA)
Since 1997, the Escola Nacional de Seguros has been an affiliated member of this global institution for insurance education, and has participated in the seminars.

ENSA – Seguros de Angola S.A. (Angola)
The Escola Nacional de Seguros and the major Angolan insurance company signed a partnership agreement to develop activities concerning training programs provided by Escola Nacional de Seguros to ENSA professionals in Brazil and in Angola. A group of 26 professionals of ENSA attended a course on Auto Insurance in Rio de Janeiro during May/June, 2006
